Methodology
ChangeFlow methodology starts with purpose. If the proposed change is important, ChangeFlow will work with the client to co-design solutions for the system using the power within the system. The journey may unfold differently than expected: change may be iterative, or new data may inspire alternate solutions. Along the way we’ll present opportunities and trade-offs, and walk you through any unexpected decision points.
Our approach is research-based. ChangeFlow keeps up with leading thought leaders, but our approach is original. ChangeFlow draws from a rich theoretical base to tailor practical applications for each unique client relationship and circumstance.
